Diesmal einen Stern mehr als letztes Jahr

Schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, Personal deutlich freundlicher und Hilfsbereiter als beim letzten Mal, auch Frühstück besser und abwechslungsreicher als letztes Jahr. Hier kann man wirklich sagen es hat sich etwas verbessert. Zimmer sehr schön ruhig, gemütlich.

Leider immer wieder sehr unangenehme Gerüche aus dem Bad, duschen kaum möglich, da es eine Überschwemmung im Bad verursacht und auch das Wasser nicht abläuft. Pool und Außenbereich wird an manchen Tagen von ganzen Schulklassen regelrecht überrannt, so dass die eigentlichen Hotelgäste überhaupt keine Ruhe und keinen Platz mehr haben. Wie kann soetwas sein??? Wird hier das Pool etwas zusätzlich an externe Personen wie Schulklassen oder Kindergärten vermietet? Auf Nachfrage bekommt man nur zur Antwort, dies sei normal in der Hauptsaison. Es ist natürlich überhaupt nicht normal, dass hier offenbar ganze Busse von externen Personen angekarrt werden, um den Hotelpool und das Restaurant zu besetzen.

în camera era foarte frig, caldura nu mergea. personalul nu exista, a întrat femeia de serviciu în camera fără sa bata sau sa o deranjeze faptul ca eram în pat.ea avea treaba ei. lenjeria nu era curata, am plecat cu mâncărimi de acolo.

Грязь в санузле, на рецепшн сказали «Ну что мы можем сделать? Пишите отзыв». Забронировали номер с одной кроватью- предоставили с двумя, пришли спросить почему, сказали - ваши номера перепутали, так вышло.

Room was spacious and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice.

Breakfast was OK. Timings were short from 8 AM to 10AM. In vacation places it should be extended till 11AM. Location is bit inside.

3 out of the 4 times I had a shower the water was cold. Also the shower hose was split and sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom + shower head holder was broken. Breakfast food wasn't great

Beds are comfortable

Charged me to check in early. Tried to charge me a fee to eat in my room as well. Did not appreciate that. Told me I was not allowed to order takeaway food, and only from their restaurant

Good hotel worth its money

I booked this room for my friend, and she said she had a wonderful experience at the Bellevue Hotel. The atmosphere and service were great.Very friendly staff, delightful and eager to help! They served delicious breakfasts at their restaurant. Her room had a nice view of the park with birds singing during the day which made her stay very relaxing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the resort Golden Sands. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff helpful and friendly. Disadvantages are (based on our room only): clogged drain in bathroom shower, leaky shower stall, no heaters. Advantages: very friendly staff, good breakfasts and air conditioning (without it it would be cold). Overall, I recommend this hotel (good value for money). My stay at your hotel met my expectations. Thank You.
