The hotel is nicely located in the park, close to the beach.
The bathrooms might need a better ventilation system.

The property is very cosy. We had the suite which was very large, tidy, clean and comfortable. The garden and the terrace are nice. The hotel is nicely decorated.
2 things I hated.
First of all, the hotel advertises that they have 2 restaurants and a bar. Which is true, but can you dine? No, you cannot, unless you have a reservation. Yes, even for breakfast you need a reservation. So, if you plan to stay here and eat, first do table reservations and only after that you can actually go and book your room.
Second, the bar does a crew change at 5PM. That means they are going to kick everybody out (dummest thing I’ve encountered at a bar).
Third, there is a night club next to the hotel, so expect music to be loud all night. Basically, your zen goes away after 10PM.

The location is very good if you want to visit the dolphinarium and the zoo and don’t want to drive around the city. The hotel is located in the sea garden and there is a lot of great green spaces around. The reception staff was polite and welcoming. There is a kids playground right next to the property and the complex has its own restaurant(s) and a bar. Free parking close by.
The rooms were extremely small. The building has been renovated and the idea/design were good, however the photos in booking look way better than the reality. We expected more. The common areas were not very well maintained right infront of the reception. Although the restaurants were nice, I think they were a bit overpriced for the quality they serve - one exception was the dinner service at “Veranda” restaurant. There are not so many alternative options for food close by. The price for a room of this size is quite high, and on top of that the breakfast is actually paid separately- I think it needs to be included. If you want to go to the city centre it takes a good 30min walk or alternatively you need to drive/take public transport.
