Wonderful hotel! We loved everything — the spacious and cozy room, the amazing sea view that made our stay truly special, and the delicious, rich breakfast. We would definitely come back again :)

The rooms are very comfortable and according to the photos. The staff is very polite and helpful with any question you might have.
The breakfast is quite diverse and delicious.
Also, the location is great, close to the park and to the center.
The only inconvenience, is the car park, which appears as a facility, but it is misleading. The hotel has limited spot in its parking, and the parking is taxable (25 BGN per night). This is an information that it’s not displayed in advance, you only find this out after the reservation is confirmed.
There is an option to park in the public spaces, blue zone, which for foreigners can be done via an app (Mpark), but sometimes the card payment does not work, so you have to find alternatives (there is a taxable private parking near Bila, and the staff recommends that one - 2BGN/hour).
I think that this is not the best approach, considering that most of the guests come with their own cars. The information regarding the limited number of parking lots and its tax should be listed as public information, so the guests know what their options are. (Be careful with the public parking, if you didn’t pay, you might get your car blocked or even picked up by the authorities, I saw one car being taken, and at least two with their wheels blocked).
Overall, out stay here was quite pleasant, but the situation with the parking lot was kind of uncomfortable and stressful
