Był to mój czwarty pobyt w tym hotelu jak zawsze bardzo udany 😀

Doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny, przemiły personel, bardzo smaczne jedzenie, nowoczesne ekspresy do kawy z funkcją mielenia ziaren. Polecam udział w wieczorze bułgarskim organizowanym w cenie pobytu w hotelu. Słoneczny i czysty basen. Do pięknych plaż i gorących źródeł 10-15 min spacerkiem przez lipowy park. Bardzo miły taksówkarz hotelowy znający wiele języków, również Polski. W okolicy wiele atrakcji turystycznych (Warna, Złote Piaski) dostępnych również poprzez bardzo sprawna komunikację autobusowa. Bezpośredni autobus z/na lotnisko nr 409. Blisko supermarkety, restauracje i stoiska z pamiątkami.

Chill and afordable

Breakfast was good. It is not a luxury property, but a decent one with an adequate price tag. We had an all-inclusive level, the meals are nothing like in other all-inclusive hotels, but you find something to eat every day. Local wine available, very good. The pool was clean, and the internet was working in the room. An unexpected top-level massage was found here, the massage guy was stellar (it is a professional, fixed my back and knee pain in only 3 meetings!). If you are going there, offer yourself a treat and take a massage, your body will thank you! The parking was unavailable, so we used a private paid parking space down on the street. A small beach with quality sand it is 10 minutes walking away. Lidl is also less than 5 minutes away. Friendly staff, a good value I'd say, but not luxury. Most of the staff do not speak English, and I had a pleasant surprise when the room maid did it. I would definitely go back, even for the massage.

The main meals were not to my taste, missing parking on site (there is a small one behind the building, but there are no available parking spaces).

Not 4 Stars – Poor Food, Dirty, and Rude Staff

Honestly, nothing stood out as positive during my stay. The hotel did not match the advertised 4-star standard, the food quality was very poor, the place was messy, and the staff were unhelpful and rude. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Големият басейн, удобен за дете.

Бягайте!!! Наложи ни се да отседнем за две нощи в курорта. Избрахме хотела с ясното съзнание, че не очакваме кой знае какво и нямаме претенции. От снимките ясно се виждаше, че това не е хотел 4 звезди. Но и 3 са му много. Стаята ни беше на първия етаж. Добре, че трябваше само да спим там. Силна миризма на плесен и влага, която се вижда и по стените. Мръсно и очукано. Стари мебели, събирани от тук и там. Третото легло за дете на 9 г., което е разтегателен фотьойл (който вероятно е на 50 години), всъщност беше късо и за детето ми - краката му стърчаха, та спахме тримата на двойното легло. Хубаво, че аз съм дребна, та с детето се събираме на един матрак. Но пък съм платила за две + 1. Чаршафи с дупка или разпрани. Изцапана незнайно с какво калъфка. Първата нощ ми беше студено само с чаршаф, извадих одеало от гардероба… родопско вълнено одеало… няма такава смрад на мухъл! Един контакт само. Паяци по ъглите. Стените са ужасно мръсни, имат следи от какво ли не. Подът е с килим, по който стъпвах с ужас. Сешоарът не работеше. Терасата е разцепена от растенията в двора, на съседната съм снимала, че и плевел си никне. Но стига за стаята… персоналът е изцяло рускоговорящ, почти неговорещ български. Съответно за нищо не можеш да се разбереш с тях. Кимат, мърдат с рамене, колкото си разбрал - толкова. Иначе много любезни, но не говорят. Паркинг уж имаше (по телефона така ни казаха), оказа се, че няма, много бил малък, нямало места, вървете на платения - 15 лв./24 ч. Отивам вечерта на лоби бара за вода (1.5 л. - 5 лв.) подавам банкнота - рускоговорящата свива рамене, вдига една банкнота от 100 и една от 20 лв. и казва - “нямам други, дай карта”! Връщам се до стаята за телефона - плащам. Закуската… аз съм от хората, за които храната не е важна, но това е най-нискобюджетната закуска с най-евтините продукти, която съм виждала. То бива, бива икономия… дори соковете бяха бистри като вода. Положението в ресторанта е също толкова очукано, като в стаята.

Great location and nice property overall. The hotel offers an all-inclusive meal plan, which was very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

There was no proper parking place. This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property - it feels more like a 3-star at best. There was no complimentary drinking water in the room, not as a welcome drink. The furniture was outdated, the balconies were not cozy, and for the size of the hotel, having only one elevator was definitely insufficient. Overall, the stay felt overpriced for what was offered.

Very reasonable location excellent swimming pool and no view at all

Swimming pool was lovely and breakfast was ok, but they didn’t have any fruit at all

They thought the booking was just me when I’ve booked it for two adults and a baby. They didn’t reply to me saying that we would like balcony with a view because when the baby goes to sleep, we’re stuck in the room. We were in the only one with concrete in front of us on the balcony so we couldn’t see a thing! It’s definitely not a four star hotel. It’s tired and the room had wallpaper peeled off it.

Alles ok. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Personal war sehr bemüht. Garten und Poolbereich alt, aber schön. Wie eine Zeitreise in die 1990/2000er Jahre. Nostalgie pur :) Kostenlose Parkplätze top.

Frühstück war unterirdisch. Check-In kompliziert und lang. Weit weg vom Strand.

This is an older hotel in St Constantine with a nice pool. Hotel was clean and good value The Breakfast was very good Lidl supermarket is across the road

We went out of season and the Restaraunt didn’t provide evening meals. in Summer it’s a better place to be with full services .We know that because we’ve been here before

Понравилась площадь отеля, холл и столовая большие, номера просторные.

Большой отель, просторный номер с ковролином. Балкон со столиком и стульчиками. В номере Довольно чисто. Завтрак так себе, но каша вкусная😉. Парковка у отеля, были в октябре под закрытие, поэтому свободных мест было много. Во дворе красивый бассейн. На море не ходили, но вроде бы не далеко.

Украинци на кг,буквално се препъваш в тях.Наложи се да чакам повече от час и половина,за да разберат от рецепция въпреки предварителната ми потвърдена резервация,дали изобщо има свободна стая.Ужасно място и то заради украинците,които са на уважение в хотела.Едва ли не,други клиенти са нежелани.

Personalul mai ales cea de la bar doamna bruneta mai grasuta ,chiar e deranjata de prezenta oaspetilor.Partea cu servirea mâncărurilor este foarte mica ,în descriere scrie 350 m pana la plaja ...minciuni.. e o jumate bună de mers pana la plaja poate chiar mai mult dacă ești cu copii.Nu mas întoarce niciodată am plecat mai repede cu o zi .

הכל כלול- מיקום קרוב לטיילת וללונה פארק בריכה טובה מיזוג אוויר סביר שירות טוב של עובדי חדר אוכל תמיד עם חיוך כמלונאי וותיק ומנהל בבית מלון בים המלח אהבתי את היחס של עובדי המזנון בבריכה היחס של הברמניות בבר מעולה הגלידה הייתה טובה מאוד צריך דף מידע בעברית- אין תלבושת אחידה של מלצרים/מלצריות בחדר אוכל-אותו דבר עובדי משק-אין תגי שם של עובדים בישראל זה לא מקובל- אין מנהל מלון או סגן מנהל שיסתובב במלון- אין מזגן בחדר אוכל-חם מאוד בכל הארוחות לא נעים לאכול בחום כזה. ובחוץ הרבה מעשנים גם שם לא נעים

הפסקות חשמל ארוכות ללא הסבר- אין אוכל לילד עם צליאק-חובה לדאוג לזה לא מחליפים יורו בקבלה ללבה ושולחים אותך לחפש צ"אנג- אין קומקום בחדרים-רק בתשלום אין מפתח כספת-רק בתשלום אין מועדון ריקודים בערב-או צוות בידור זה היה חסר הפעלות-לילדים ומבוגרים גם בבריכה לא אהבנו שיש מלא כלבים במלון אורחים עם כלבים בחדרים- חם בחדר אוכל-מזגנים לא עובדים באף ארוחה אין מנהל או אחראי בחדר אוכל רק עובדים וכל אחד לבוש אחרת... השארנו טיפים לעובדים כי החיוך שלהם והשרות בסדר. חשוב שיהיה מנהל ייצוגי לדבר עם אורחים.

Un sejur relaxant intr-un orășel foarte frumos îngrijit.

Totul. De la camera spatioasa, la amplasarea fata de plaja, la piscina pana la mancarea foarte buna si variata. Si ce util a fost ca la 100-200 de metri era un Lidl (tin sa precizez ca nu era nevoie de multe lucruri) Am apreciat si ora pentru check-in.

As fi apreciat sa primim in fiecare zi prosoape curate si săpun când se termina.

Generell war es Ok, Zimmer könnte man etwas besser im Schuss halten.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, nicht weit vom Strand und von Bushaltestelle. Schwimmbad war zwar schon etwas veraltet, aber trotzdem schön für Kids. Es gab genug Liegemöglichkeiten und Schatten. Am frühen Nachmittag hat man Eis verteilt.

zum Frühstück gab es immer das gleiche, etwas wenig Auswahl - vor Allem für Vegetarier. Das Gleiche galt für mittag und Abendesse ebenfalls. Das Zimmer wurde in 7 Tagen nicht geputzt, lediglich haben wir Toilettenpapier erhalten und 2 Mal wurden Tücher getauscht. Badezimmer war schon etwas ecklig, Bettlacker war zu kurz für die Matratze und ist somit in der Nacht ständig verrutscht, sodass man auf Matratze geschlafen hat. Es gab kaputte Lampen, Steckdosen die nicht funktionierten und die Klimaanlage die gebrummt hat. All inclusive Option kommt mit gewissen Limits, z.B. Kaffee konnte man nur am Frühstück oder zwischen 15 und 16 Uhr bekommen, ab 20 Uhr hat man keine Getränke mehr erhalten, usw.

Настаняването в хотела беше много бързо. Леглата и възглавниците бяха удобни. Хотела е с централна климатизация, която в много горещо време не успява да охлади съвсем стаята. Но все пак е по-добре отколкото ако нямаше изобщо климатик. Храната не беше много разнообразна, но пък беше вкусно приготвена.

Имаше няколко пъти, в които се къпахме с хладка вода, но при средно голям хотел на морето това е очаквано. Паркинг има, но е много малък. Все пак успяхме да си намерим място за паркиране с помощ от рецепцията.
