Отличен хотел на добра цена! Надхвърли очакванията ми!

Стаите бяха огромни! Във всяка стая имаше вана. Леглата също бяха много удобни. Цялостното усещане за стаята беше много приятно! Определено бих повторила!

Всичко ми хареса! Нямам забележки. Единствено цената долу в ресторанта беше малко висока, но това е нормално за Кабакум.

Bun dar prețurile cam ridicate

Indicatoarele rutiere de ajuns la Hotel, sunt puțin Vizibile, ascunse de crengile unor copaci, greu de observat. Parcarea hotelului nu este amenajată și-n spatele parcării plin de gunoaie. Păcat pentru calitatea hotelului. Hotelul ar trebuie sa asigure turiștilor lor, accesul la o toaleta in apropiere de plaja, ținând cont ca distanta de la plaja la hotel este destul de mare si greu de parcurs, peste 130 de scări de urcat pana la hotel. Recepția hotelului ar trebui sa informeze precis unde este plaja rezervata pentru turiștii Aqua View, lotul rezervat de Aqua View pe plaje este in cadrul altei plaje rezervate, si este greu de găsit. Ar trebui sa se indice exact denumirea locului pe plaja si numele plajei cu indicatorul vizibil din strada. Au rezervat 3 rânduri de Umbrele si Sezloange, doar cu câteva pliante spre marginea mării pe care scria Aqua View dar greu de identificat. Drumul paralel cu plaja, adică pe marginea plajei, plin de gunoaie. Incredibil dn partea administrației publice locale sau cei care ar trebui sa curețe si sa ridice gunoaiele de pe strada, ca timp de 2 săptămâni nu au curățat /ridicat gunoaiele de tot felul aruncate pe marginea drumului principal de acces la plaja, restaurante, si alte facilități.

Doar ospătarul și mâncarea. Contra cost desigur

Oribil. Restaurantul e frumușel, dar neîngrijit. Hotel mizer, lift care te sperie prin zgomote și zdruncinaturi, poseda camerei și baia murdara. Distanta mare , pe scari, pana la plaja, printre tufe și scaieti. Gunoi peste tot, miros de nedescris, inclusiv pe plaja.

Much to be improved

The hotel looks well and the atmosphere is nice. It is clean and overall, well mentained. Although the swimming pool is in a different building, it is new and modern. It is also close to the beach and easy access. The view to the sea is worth while.

Unfortunately the management of the premises and the staff could be greatly improved. When we checked in, there were insufficient sanitary supplies in the bathroom (no toilet paper and shower gel and only one tiny soap). We had to request toilet paper at the reception. We found it odd for a 4-star hotel... Also, we had to request twice for a supplementary chair, glass and bathrobe as we had booked a triple room and there were only 2 of each. We found it displeasing. What's more, the booking confirmation specified we had the option to buy breakfast for 20bgn/day per person which was not true. All breakfast options were from the restaurant menu for spicy prices. However, the cherry on top of the cake was the parking we paid at the hotel for a full 7-day stay and which turned out to be a FREE parking. We discovered this after we had a parking event that almost broke our car (a rail popping out in the middle of the parking). When we complained to the hotel, they said they take no responsibility for this as the parking in front of their hotel is not theirs. When we showed them the receipt, they said we misunderstood and we were supposed to park in the parking by the main street (for which the reception staff had requested the double of the fee they requested for the parking in front of the hotel). We asked for a refund and they refused. As you can see, a whole saga... Our stay at this hotel left us with a sour taste. We will not be going back to Golden Sands any time soon.

Marimea camerelor, curățenia, piscina exterioara . Plaja hotelului este curata si liniștită , se oferă șezlonguri si umbrela gratis. Am servit doar micul dejun la restaurantul hotelului si a fost f bun.

Apa se oprea destul de des, trebuia sa sun la recepție pentru repornire. Hotelul nu este chiar la malul marii asa cum este descris, trebuie de coborat scari si traversata o sosea, cam 10-15 min de mers pe jos

O experiență tare urâtă!!!

Schimbarea prosoapelor în fiecare zi, inclusiv prosoape pentru plajă și șezlonguri incluse în preț.

NU ESTE LA MALUL MARII, CUM APARE PE SITE-UL DVS. TREBUIE COBORÂTE 120 TREPTE SI MAI GREU DE URCAT ACESTE SCARI CAND TE ÎNTORCI DE LA PLAJA!!! MIZERIA DIN CAMERA!!! La un sejur de 5 nopți nu au dat cu aspiratorul sau cu mătura nici o singură dată; în balcon erau fulgi și coji de ouă de la un cuib de rândunică , pânze de păianjen…, baia cu mucegai și miros de canalizare!!! Parcare neamenajată, drumul de acces către hotel este un drum de țară cu gropi…Vecinii hotelului cu probleme psihice-dădeau cu pumnii și picioarele în mașinile parcate când nu aveau loc să intre în propriile curți, iar reprezentanții hotelului nu luau nici o măsură…

La tête de la réceptionniste quand on lui a annoncé notre bonne nouvelle ...

>Le "free parking" qui est plus une decharge pour poubelles et chats errants qu' un parking. Pas de route mais un chemin cabosse pour y acceder > l absence d indication de la réception...on doit entrer par le restaurant..et traîner nos valises sur les cailloux > les photos trompeuses > Le chemin de la plage qui est en travaux, avec 300 marches et une route dangereuse à traverser > l antipathique réceptionniste > l odeur de la chambre avec le chiffon du ménage qui était encore present et la baignoire qui fuit quand l eau ne s arrête pas tout simplement pendant la douche! >Mais le meilleur pour la fin: LES PUNAISES DE LIT !!! Nous avons du quitter cet hôtel avant minuit pour ne pas prendre de risques!! La réceptionniste de nuit était désolée de cette situation visiblement pas unique! Nous attendons le remboursement de cette désastreuse prestation

Camera cu vedere la mare, piscina exterioara și spațiul din jurul piscinei, am putut rezerva parcare , cu paza, chiar dacă a fost contra cost 20 leva. Se putea și gratuit in limita locurilor disponibile langa hotel, dar parcare neamenajata . Plaja privata la mare , șezlong și umbrela gratuite.

In baie nu aveai unde sa - ți pui cosmeticele. Ar fi trebuit un mobilier de baie.

Прекрасный вид на море!

Вид на море изумительный, номера в целом хорошие, сауна неплохая ,персонал старается быть вежливым. Большой плюс это частный пляж и шезлонги которые входят в стоимость. Тихое место, удобное расположение, остановка автобуса прямо у отеля!

Ресторан при отеле имеет бедное меню, постоянно чего-то из блюд нет, и слишком дорого для отдыхающих. Поэтому там почти никто не ел. Желательно сделать что-то по принципу столовой с комплексным питанием, уверен что посетителей стало бы намного больше.

Хареса ми това, че в стаята имаше четки за зъби, паста, самобръсначка, кърпи за плаж. Гледката от терасата, както и самия басейн.

Jinak velmi vkusně vybavený hotel, hotelová restaurace s vý hledem na moře a případné nedostatky kompenzuje velmi milý,

Skvělá lokalita, blízko pláže, velice milý a vstřícný personál, pohodlná postel, nádherný výhled z balkonu.

V pátek v 18hod. přestala téct ve 3.patře voda, špatný návod na připojení k WIFI na pokoji, patřilo k jinému routeru.

Изгледът от стаята към морето и към Залеза (въпреки, че беше облачно почти през цялото време), големината, обзавеждането и чистотата на стаята, идеалното съотношение цена/качество!

Paid breakfast 10 bgn per person way below expectations. Go in town and buy an omelette for the same price and you will get a totally different service. Not adding toilet paper when cleaning the room. The next to last day the did not clean the room. I had to call the desk to ask for toilet paper. No parking available.

Персонала се погрижи, по време на престоя ми да не ми липсва нищо. Самата стая и гледката от балкона бяха повече от невероятни. Спа зоната я препоръчвам на всеки, който желае да се отпусне и да се наслади на почивката си пълноценно. Храната е вкусна и направена с любов. Момичето на рецепцията беше много мила и ми помогна да се добера до хотела безпроблемно)) Разбрах, че в хотела приемат и с домашен любимец, това ме спечели и за следващо мое посещение. Хотелът е подходящ за семейни почивки, понеже имат и детска площадка, но и за двойки, които искат да избягат от шумния град и скучното ежедневие. Определено ще се върна))

The location of the hotel, which might seem problematic, for us was the biggest benefit of the place. It provided peace and relaxation. Away from the resort. The hotel is small, clean, staff friendly and the beach is close by.

We were at this hotel 7 years ago. The comparison is unfortunately at a disadvantage. There seems to be too few people working there at the moment. The restaurant is closed, the rooms cleaned only at the request of guests.

Loved my stay

The challenging rural steps down to the beach. Very comfy beds & silence at night. Great views WiFi & aircon. Lots wasps & flies on breakfast but staff will shut food trays etc if you ask. No-one else was bothered just us from UK lol. Loved the laid back atmosphere along the beach but people were generally very rude or ignorant. Barely any English people but I liked that a lot

Wasps and flies chasing food like seagulls. Restaurants close early due to poor tourism. The mini bar in the room is very expensive! Tiny bottles of water were double the price of 2ltr bottles....don't touch the mini bar. Tiny pool enough for 2/3 but not good for kids as no inflatables allowed & completely fenced in except the pool steps. If someone was drowning you'd have to run all the way round to the steps because it's enclosed by a fence to get in to help.

Beautiful view from the balcony.

The stench of rooms, staff doesn't speak english at all and was unfriendly and impolite, the parking is on a raw field with dust, stones and a lot of holes, there was no running water on saturday which is really outrageous! We will never go again at that location!

Great hotel tucked near the beach.

The week stay was great. The breakfast items were the same daily. Even though the food was great, it gets "old" after the 6th or 7th day. The staff were great except for a rude and forgetful desk staff named Oksana. Avoid her if you can. Quite useless and can't do simple tasks. Most staff work with your needs.

poor management, dinner not available, false advertising referring money exchange

I've stayed at this hotel 4-5 times before. In the past, there was dinner available at the hotel => now, dinner is not available. At the reception and on booking info it says that there is exchange available at the hotel => that is false, no exchange there. In the past there were 2 guys running the hotel, they took care of everything => now, there are 2 ladies that don't even speak English right. We stayed in every type of room in the past at the hotel, we know all type of rooms. This time we booked a junior suite with sea view => we received a double room with sea view. Booking gives information about the room sizes and the room we receives was definitely as big as a triple room, as it was supposed to be, and didn't had a sofa like booking said, only an armchair. I confronted the ladies at the front desk, and they kept saying the room was deluxe.
