Overall, good value for good price. The staff was really welcoming.

Liked the location, the receptionist and all the hep she provided.

The size of the room and there were ants in the room. For some reason, when connected to WiFi it located my computer in India and changed my time zone, so it was hard to work and have calls.

La réceptionniste madame était très très gentille et respectueuse!!! Elle travailler le lundi soir vers 18:00h j’ai pas retenu son nom mais elle était blonde, personne très respectueuse et très gentille! Ça m’a bcp marquée, la chambre était très propres spacieuse élégante et confortable ainsi que la salle de bain! Mon séjour c’était passé plus que parfaitement donc bravo bon équipe et bon travail de la part du personnel!

Мне понравился персонал отэля, очень профессиональные, отзывчивые, внимательные. Расположения отэля меня целяком и полностью устраивало, всё что мне нужно было посетить было в шаговой доступности от него. В обшем всё было отлично!!!

Не понравилось то что в душевой не было шторки, при принятии душа вода разбрызгивалась по всему помещению. Больше замечаний я не нашол.

Over good with a few exceptions

It was very quiet, and in a good location. Pretty decent room and bathroom size. Hot shower and ice cold AC.

The room have a specific odour, like somebody has smoked very recently. The bed was comfortable, but very squeaky.

В стаята ни мирише на мухал , банята никак не беше чиста имаше косми и завивките не бяха прани.Паркинга ни бяха казали , че трябва да се заплати 15 лева , а аз се съгласих и резервирах си “парко място” вечерта се прибираме в хотела казах на рецепцията , че имам парко място , но тя ми даде ключ и ми каза къде се намира насочи ме .. и лично аз съм с 5 метрова кола и за мен крайна сметка не остана паркинг след , като съм го “резервирал” имаше друг автомобил паркирал и се наложи след дълъг ден натоварващ аз да обикалям 30 мин за да мода да паркирам . Силно не препоръчвам този хотел дори и да ми е нещо належащо не бих се върнал никога. На следващата сутрин при напускане на хотела дори нямаше хубав ден от персонала, бяха груби към клиентите си. Благодаря за вниманието.

Идеален хотел за бизнес пътуване в гр. Варна

За първи път отсядам в хотел Колор. Впечатлен съм. Стаята беше чиста, слънчева и топла. Минибара беше зареден с различни напитки, които срещу заплащане на рецепцията можеш да консумираш. Локацията на хотела е чудеса. На две спирки с автобус до жп гара Варна, Автогара Варна и Гранд мол Варна. На 3 минути пеша от Кооперативния пазар. В близост до хотела има много магазини за продажба на различни стоки. Персонала е любезен и отзивчив. Препоръчвам с две ръце !!!

Un hotel invechit, neingrijit, mizerabil! Camera rezervata era rupta din filmele de groaza, dar imediat ne au oferit o alta camera la etaj, bineinteles pentru o plata suplimentara +30%. Fetele de perna erau murdare, folosite! Aerul conditionat scotea un zgomot infernal si mirosul de mucegai era prezent. In plus, receptionerele au stat la tigara si barfa sub fereastra noastra si ne au deranjat somnul. Daca aveti alternativa... nu mergeti aici!

Хотела като цяло беше чист и поддържан. Зареден мини бар, работещо оборудване, прекрасна баня и комфорт. Имахме всичко необходимо за престоя ни. Хареса ни специално грижата и обслужването на по-възрастната дама, която ни предразположи и сервира закуската въпреки, че бяхме малко закъсняли с техния график. Просто политиката им е с грижа към детайла и това прави впечатление. Бихме посетили пак! Благодарим за всичко!

Не ни хареса това, че като избереш опцията за паркинг от търсачката си представяш ами не знам , че ще има паркинг вероятно. А всъщност като отидохме на място ни съобщиха,че парко мястото е само 1 и е заето за седмица и повече. И също, имайки се впредвид, че е pet friendly с посрещането ни едно младо момиче на рецепцията ни гледаше възмутено защо влизаме с куче, попитах я дали я е страх или нещо друго от кучето (корги) и тя отговори "ами да, страх ме е !?"

First of all, i not recommend room in basement, its unreal to breath, very smells from bathroom because its not dry out from water enough, and not enough clean air in room, my night goes terrible, i run sleep with things to go out from this place asap in the morning

Good location, good price and very close to the city centre.

I was happy with my stay. It was a perfect choice and well located in Varna. I was worried about the area a little bit, but it is very safe, no problem at all. It is very close to the city centre or beach, it was very close to the local market, Lidl, etc. I didn't use the public transport at all, it was easy to walk everywhere. Check in and check out was easy and fast, good price. If you don't need a massive luxury, this is a good place to stay. I would stay again. :)

The room and bathroom could be cleaner, but it was ok. Some noise was heard in the night, but luckily I could sleep well anyway.

Dont be fooled by rating

Price was reasonable and location is good but not the best

Room quality was horrible. Bed was even worse, I had back pain all mornings. Moisture at room was really bad. We booked due to 8.2 rating but it was one of the worst hotel I ever stayed.

Good hotel in a horrible place.

Hotel is overally really good. We didn't like the room they proposed us first, but they found another one fast and had no problem changing it. Also it is clean and quite. Bathroom and beds are very good.

First room they proposed us was in a basement and it had this... basement smell. Also there is only one really bad and ruined district in Varna (Hristo Botev), and this Hotel is situated there. Lady in a reception on the first day we arrived was quite rude, professional but rude. Other hotel stuff seemed ok on the other hand.

Comfortable, clean hotel, excellent location in the city center, supermarket and restaurants nearby, small but comfortable bathroom, suited me (single traveler). The staff is very friendly, welcoming. Excellent hospitality. There is 24hours front desk- good advantage
