Awkward apartment unit but is livable after a learning curve.

Recently updated with nice countertops, floors, doors. The fact that it had a garage parking space was absolutely necessary as there is zero street parking.

The design of the unit made it quite awkward, at least initially. The kitchen has a sloped roof corner over the mini-fridge and I bumped my head pretty hard once. The master bedroom has only one light switch located at the door entrance and I ran into the closet partition with the right side of my face trying to exit the room in the dark. It desperately needs lamps on nightstands. Finally, the bathroom has the toilet located literally in the shower and I ran into the glass shower wall with the left side of my face at night. I checked out of the unit with 3 bruises on my head and face. The kitchen is beautiful, except that that the fridge is a tiny, mini-fridge, that holds almost nothing and the freezer did not work at all. All of our frozen items melted overnight. Add the fact when you straighten up after dealing with the fridge, your head is prone to smashing the sloped post overhead. The garage was great, except that you had to get the key from the unit to open it. The garage fronts on the street and so your car is partially blocking traffic while getting the key. Moreover, the key works backwards, but eventually you figure out how to open it. There is no handle on the garage door so one has to reach down and pull up (or down) on the bottom of the door thereby gripping a filthy, bottom edge coated with whatever drifts in from the street. The garage entry door is so narrow that I barely cleared my side mirrors by a cm or so on each side, and my car is not that big. Once inside, there is no ability to access the right side of the car or open any of the passenger doors on the right.

Everything was absolutely perfect - the hosts, the amenities in the apartment, the cleanliness, the free private parking. Modern, cozy and a definite gem that I would recommend to anyone visiting Varna.

Posibilidad de garaje, decorado muy bonito y la terraza. Anfitriona amable y con indicaciones precisas

La habitación está mal aclimatada ya que no dispone de aire acondicionado en ella. Se encuentra ubicado lejos del centro de Varna. Faltaban varios detalles como enchufes en la habitación o poco espacio en la cocina. Nos quedamos colgados en el ascensor y no funcionaba la alarma para llamar de emergencia

Great place close to the beach

Great apartment, well equipped, close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. We definitely recommend it and will come back. There is a Lidl 5 mins walking distance. The old town reachable by public transport. Good communication with the host.

Helt greit sted, må påberegne litt innkjøpe inn ting og tang, fordi det er noen mangler!

Hadde en kjempefin tid, både i leiligheten og i Varna (var der i midten av juni). Likte området og tenker jeg kommer tilbake til dette området. Badet, sengen og kjøkkenet var rent - de viktigste stedene! Leiligheten har 2 balkonger - den jeg hadde (13 B), kan nyte solen hele dagen :D Leiligheten lå veldig sentralt i denne bydelen - korte avstander til butikker og stranden, samt lettvint å komme inn/ut av leiligheten/blokka - likte løsningen med nøkkel chiper veldig godt! Husk å ha kontanter, solsenger/parasoller, taxi og noen småbutikker/cafeer tar ikke kort! Erfaring etter å ha vært i Bulgaria 3 ganger ;) De hadde en gjestebok, hvor selvfølgelig er frivillig å skrive i, men anbefales. Da kan man se hvordan folk har hatt det - koselig å lese hva folk har skrevet og hvilke land gjestene kommer fra :)

Hvis det er én ting jeg ville ha forbedret, så ville det vært at det kunne vært noen flere store håndklær for de med langt hår-var bare bitte små utenom - måtte låne av ett vennepar som bor i området, samt mer toalettpapir - ikke beregnet at man kan bli dårlig i magen.. Det var heller ikke noe kjøkkenpapir (måtte da bruke toalettpapir) og ekstra søppelposer - måtte kjøpe dem. Jeg hadde håpet at balkongen ved soverommet var renere, det var ikke bra. måke skit, skittent gulv og stolputen var ikke fristende å bruke. Det var ikke "tak" på balkongen ved soverommet - kan være litt av årsaken til at det var møkkete.. Kjøleskapet kunne fint ha blitt vasket, tror ikke den har blitt sett over etter siste gjest..men jeg brukte den mer for holde drikke kaldt og solkremen.

Апартамента е разкошен! Толкова качествено и детайлно направено всичко, че усещаш сякаш си дошъл в някаква друга държава. Автоматизиран вход, закрит гараж, огромна терраса и невероятно удобни матраци ни покориха. Непременно ще се върнем отново и пожелаваме успех на собствениците!

Diseño, comodidad, no le falta de nada. Quizás para una estancia más larga se necesitaría una lavadora y no hay, pero para nuestras cuatro noches no nos faltó de nada. Alojamiento muy acogedor, muy agradable y luminoso. Se agradecen las cortinas que impiden que entre la luz (en Bulgaria amanece muy pronto). Repetiríamos sin duda.

Šiukšlinas daugiabučių rajonas. Keisto išplanavimo virtuvėlė su žemų įstrižų lubų zona (kelis kart teko susitrenkti galvą). Nepatogus ir labai siauras garažas (du automobiliai statomi vienas priešais kitą, jei ryte nori išvažiuoti anksčiau ir esi pastatęs gale tektų kažkokiu būdu ieškoti užstačiusiojo savininko arba laukti nežinia kiek). Tarakonai (naktimis vonioje vis sutraiškydavom po vieną kitą).
