Много ми хареса местоположението на апартамента.Има гледка към морето.Има басейн за деца и за възрастни.Плажа е съвсем близо,излизаш от сградата,пресичаш улицата и си на плажа.Идеален е за семейства с деца.Има паркоместа ,хранителен магазин Мини и невероятна сладкарница.Имахме проблем с топлата вода в първия ден,но домакинът Александър светкавично отстрани проблема,като изпрати водопроводчици и топлата вода дойде.Престоят там беше много приятен,децата не искаха да си тръгват.В апартамента има всичко необходимо ,да живее човек нормално.

Нямаше прахосмукачка и парцал за пода.

spacious and close to the beach

the apartment is spacious and clean, nice big terrace and close to the beach. Its an ideal stay for families because there are many children vacationing in the complex. Also, great for dogs as there are green áreas where they can do their business and also some áreas for a walk. There is also a pool.

Not good.

Don’t check the mattress people.. you will regret paying even 10 euros for that. Looks like someone died on it. Why wouldn’t they just put a washable mattress protector or something?! Also the drainage in the shower awful, it gets filled in several seconds. Brushes and used utensils everywhere. The walls should be repainted. They did not had available baby cot(you should get enough for every property you own!).

Apartamentul neîngrijit , mizerie peste tot, lenjeria de un alb murdar și învechită, veselă și mobilier la bucătărie foarte murdare . Singurul aspect pozitiv , dacă se poate lua în calcul, a fost primirea și predarea cheilor de la apartament. Apartamentul necesită o curățare mai amănunțită. Am uitat să precizez despre mirosul urat din baie și debara.

Bellissimo e posizione fantastica.

La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita e bella. Molto moderna e luminosa. Una delle stanze. he abbiamo avuto aveva la vista sul mare. La spiaggia era facilmente accessibile dalla struttura.

In una delle stanze la porta del bagno non si chiudeva. Mentre nell'altra la porta principale, se non chiusa a chiave, si bloccava da dentro e non da fuori; di conseguenza si poteva aprire da fuori e non da dentro. Niente di irrimediabile, non ci ha creato grandi problemi.

Right on the beach Coffeeshops and kiosks nearby Amore restaurant was new and had good food

We only got 1 key, and we were 3 guests... You need key for all doors on the by property and the lifts. Hard to find the entrance the first night. Nobody cleaned the pool for five days. Poolarea was dirty, sunbeds worn and dirty. Appartment was not cleaned.

Liftul nu a mers, apartamentele clar au nevoie de o renovare, pereți murdari, lenjerii , perne și prosoape pline de pete, furnici, lipsa articolelor de igienă, doar o cartelă și o cheie de acces, etc.

Geweldig

Het was een erg mooi , rustig en fijn appartement. Goed ingericht en echt alles aanwezig. Wasmachine, vaatwasser,oven, magnetron enz enz. Helaas ging het uitchecken wat minder soepel dan inchecken omdat wij niet wisten waar wij de sleutel konden inleveren maar deze plek is zeker een aanrader en wij willen hier zeker nog een keer naar toe.

Proprietate murdara, pereti nevaruiti, usa baie sparta,lenjerii nu murdare insa vechi ingalbenite,tv-ul merge doar cand vrea reciver-ul, rooter slab in dormitoare semnal 0, dormitoarele pozitionate in interiorul complexului ceea ce a fost imposibil sa te odihnesti deoarece in complex sunt cazati ucrainieni iar copii de dimineata si pana noaptea tarziu faceau o galagie de nedescris.Alta problema in cazul nostru, deoarece am avut un ap cu 2 dormitoare si am fost 2 familii, ni s-a dat o singura cheie in conditiile in care accesul in complex si in bloc dar si liftul functioneaza pe baza de cartela, trebuia sa depindem unii de ceilalti.Alexander administratorul acestui apartament foarte amabil si prompt, nimic de reprosat. Cand am ajuns am constatat ca nu merge microunda si imediat a remediat.

Overall, nice stay

Close to the beach, clean, the owner and assistant speak good English. I liked the kindness to check out an hour later than advertised, as I asked for, and that they gave us 2 keys because we were 3 ppl. Very quiet building, air conditioned in every room; TV & internet in the apartment. Big fridge and freezer. Nice terrace with a big table and chairs. You have a market and cafe Bar at ground floor. Also a pool outside that we didn't use.

Not enough toilet paper for 3 ppl, 5 days, no oil, no sugar, condiments, not a proper knife (only very big ones), not a proper broom to clean the sand you bring in, only 2 big bowls for soup but we were 3, no backup for garbage bag, you must bring it. Just bring shower gel and shampoo for your stay also. It's ok if you come prepared with everything you need.

Foarte spațios și lângă plajă. Piscina mare și curată siguranța din interiorul campusului, curatenia din gradina și piscina. Camerele spațioase, bucătăria utilata si termopanul foarte bun nu se auzea gălăgie seara dinspre piscina. Posibilitatea să poți face baie în piscina până târziu în noapte. Recomand pentru prețul plătit și calitatea primită.

Prizele dintr-o camera nu funcționau ,nu exista mop sa putem șterge apa din baie. Faptul că se primesc animale de companie, a făcut serile deranjante pentru că, câinii din alt apartament urlau și nu pe o perioadă scurtă.In afara complexului, spre plajă este extrem de urat și neîngrijit.

Дуже зручні апартаменти. Через дорогу від комплексу- море. Поруч є магазини та Lidl. Безкоштовна парковка на території комплексу. Закрита територія, вхід тільки через ключ.

Mancarea la restaurantele de pe plaja si preturile bune la aceste restaurante.

Foarte multa mizerie, nu a fost facuta curatenie, nici cand am preluat apartamentul nici pe parcursul sejurului. Vesela insuficienta,farfurii si cesti ciobite, mobilier cu pete de cafea, nu am avut prajitor de paine, hota nu functiona, foarte mult zgomot datorita faptului ca au adus grupuri de copii, piscina cu gresie murdara, zgomot de santier, lift mai tot timpul nefuncrional, mizerie in complex, prosoapele erau jegoase. Sezlonguri insuficiente la piscina, aproape ca era bataie pe ele.

Was dirty and lot of hair and spots. I think should be one person to check all the rooms after cleaning stuff because it's was really dirty and not nice smell from the room. I was going and by cleaning stuff and I cleaned myself.

This holiday was a pleasant surprise for us. We will come next year as well.

This holiday was a pleasant surprise for us. It will be appreciated by those looking for a quiet location, those not looking for nightlife, for families with children. There is a gradual entrance to the sea, the sea and the beach are clean. They cook well in restaurants on the beach. The pool in the area was sensational with a depth of about 160 cm and for children about 50 cm. The accommodation company responded flexibly to our suggestions. The accommodation was nice and clean, our apartment also had a well-equipped kitchen with dishes. Arrival and departure was possible by self-service. The Lidl store is only a 15-minute walk away. There is good bus access to the center.

It was truly incredible, my wife and son were delighted with this trip.

My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation from May to June this year at South Bay Apartment. It was a truly beautiful place, and the apartment itself was incredibly cosy, providing everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. We were delighted to have a balcony that offered a scenic view of the seaside. Moreover, we were thrilled to find a large and pristine beach just a stone's throw away across the road, and a Lidl supermarket within a convenient 10-minute walk, offering an extensive range of products. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Maya for her responsiveness, assistance with any issues, and kind attitude. We had an amazing experience, and we would absolutely love to visit this place again in the future.
