The apartment was clean, spacious with all required features. Good Wifi, Big TV screen, Coffee. Pet friendly. Underground parking. Near the central park and city center. Efficient communication with the host. We received all required details.
Cooking smells (e.g. fried onion) from below apartments that are coming through exhausting pipes. We was lucky to start the cooker hood and keep it on the entire evening to avoid unpleasant odors.
The bed mattress was soft and my sleep suffered.
The rooms are heated with A/C.

The flat is located on a perfect location, everything in a walking distance, 24/7 fitness, secure entrance, great neighbors in the building (had the chance to meet some) and the underground parking is a wonderful solution for the parking. The hosts are really friendly, everything happens smooth and without any bother. The flat is well maintained and clean, absolutely meeting my expectations. It has all the needed appliances, and a big table which I used as a desk for work. Really perfect!
The only point that I am concerned is my invoice. I know I need to wait 5 business days for it (not expired yet), so I am still expecting it.

Our host was the best and friendliest. Great communicator. The apartment was super clean and well stocked. One of the best we've ever rented. Nice location and clean garage.
