חוויה טובהעם טעם של עוד.

הדירה מרווחת , מטבח נוח ,גדול הכולל כיריים, מכונת כביסה, תנור, מיקרוגל , פינת אוכל, ספה מרפסות , בית מאובזר וטוב. קרוב מאד לים ,בניין מטופח עם בריכה צמודה ואפשרות להיכנס לבריכה של הבניין הסמןך. מתחת לבניין יש מכולת הפתוחה 24 שעות, בחוף הים יש בר מסעדה עם להקה , פשוט חוויה. בעל הדירה ביצע תיאום באופן מסודר.

חסר בדירה חומרי ניקיון וחומרים לתצרוכת אישית ( שמפו, סבון). אבל זניח ביחס,לדירה שקיבלנו.

Host’s behavior ruins the whole experience

Location has a swimming pool and is close to the beach and Lidl

I don’t understand why everyone said the host is friendly. First of all, a day before our trip I texted him to ask about the check in. He did not even say hello he just said to “call at 22”. I asked if he meant 10 pm and got no response. I texted him at 22 and was left on read the next day. We called him when we arrived, only then he reaponded. He came with the key, he just went upstairs with us and told us to text or call him if we needed anything. That is ironic given the fact that he did not respond to us priorly. I texted him regarding a coffee machine that was mentioned on booking and was also shown in the pictures and of course i was left on read. Also, we were given only one key for 4 people which is very inconvenient as without the key you cannot use the elevator or enter the yard and the building. The issue with the key and coffee machine was solved only when I texted the management. If it was not for me to text them i think we would have never gotten a reply. We also had issues with the building door which got locked 2 times during our stay. I am not saying it is his fault but the attitude he had when we called him because we were not able to get in or out is not normal. I understand it was late at night but when you decide to manage a hotel room there are some things you have to take accountability for and call the responsible people and not have an attitude. The room was dirty, i think the cleaning was superficially done, only vacuuming and maybe mopping the floor. We found and opened bottle of juice in our bedroom, the curtains were stained, the couch was stained, the shower curtain looks disgusting, the drawer with the cutlery had a horrible smell and also they were rusty. No hand soap was provided in the bathroom which if you ask me it is a basic request. The bed sheets were too small for the bed. You could not stay 5 minutes on the bed without them being moved off the bed. We were not given an apartament tour which again is a basic request.

Spacious apartment .Nice swimming pool.

Some items needed to be replaced, the mattress was not clean.No mattress protector..The shower was leaking in the bathroom .The sofa bed was broken ,but able to use it.No air-conditioning in the rooms ,just the living room.No spear keys,one key only for big family.The accommodation is 10 min drive to Varna .Bus 30 mins.

Очень красивый вид из окна, удобное расположение, до пляжа 5 минут идти, вокруг есть большие и маленькие магазинчики, ресторан и кафе. Чистый и большой бассейн во дворе, всегда можно найти свободный шезлонг.

Ремонт очень старый, дверные ручки еле держатся, сантехника тоже в плачевном состоянии. Мало посуды, качество тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Диван в гостиной старый и продавлен.

Комплекс закрытого типа, расположен в первой линии к морю и пляжу. Внутри комплекса открытый бассейн. Бесплатная общественная парковка перед комплексом, проблем с поиском свободного места не было. Нас 4 человека проживало в апартаментах, было достаточно комфортно. Магазин Lidl расположен в пешей доступности. Ресторан с хорошей кухней возле моря посетили пару раз, остались довольными (7 минут ходьбы от объекта размещения)

1. Необходим специальный чип чтоб пользоваться лифтом, нам предоставили только 1 чип, что для 4 человек очень дискомфортно. Попросили ещё один чип, но нам его не предоставили хотя пообещали. 2. Я бы порекомендовала установить посудомоечную машину в апартаментах. 3. Кухонный инвентарь (сковородки, кастрюли, вилки, ложки и т.д.) достаточно изношен и хорошо было б обновить это. 4. Вода в кухне сходила очень медленно! PS. Рекомендую чтоб сантехник проверил также сливной бочок в туалете, собиралась вода на полу и приходилось периодически протирать пол.

В целом нам всё подошло.

Рядом с комплексом бесплатная общественная парковка, в действительности найти место для автомобиля не составляет труда. При комплексе есть открытый бассейн но им никто не пользовался, было ещё прохладно. Мы арендовали этот объект для двоих, было достаточно комфортно. Близость моря / пляжа.

1. При заселении обнаружили что интернет Wi-Fi отсутствует, был отключён, и подключили его после двух дней проживания. 2. Для пользования лифтом необходим специальный чип, предоставили только один, и это было дискомфортно.

אם אתם מחפשים נוף יפהפה ודירה מהממת, זה המקום עבורכם.

חדר מהמם שעוצב במחשבה עד הפרט האחרון. היה נעים מאוד להיות בדירה עצמה, היא מתוכננת נכון. נוף מהמם בכל שעות היום, המון שקט רוב הזמן. מסעדה יחסית קרובה על החוף עם מחירים טובים. מקום רגוע ושקט מצד אחד ומצד שני מאוד קרוב לוארנה עצמה היותר רועשת כך שנהנים מכל העולמות. מיטה וספה מאוד נוחות. בקיצור, תבואו.

דברים קטנים שניתן לשפר זה להוסיף באמבטיה וילון, כדי שלא יהיה צריך לגרוף את המים אחרי כל מקלחת. מבחינת סירים ומחבתות לתת אופציה לכלים ללא ציפוי טפלון.
