Friendly staff, convenient location — close to the bus station and a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport — if you don't want to sleep at the airport while waiting for an early flight. The room is clean.

Despite numerous signs and information at check-in stating that smoking is not allowed, one of the previous guests had smoked, and as a non-smoker, I was acutely aware of it the entire time.

Not good

The Victoria Hotel offers a poor value for money. The service is reminiscent of Eastern European countries, generally unfriendly. Breakfast must be booked a day in advance, and what you receive is minimal. An overnight stay here is therefore not recommended.

Not the best hotel

The rooms looked clean.

The rooms smelled of cigarettes. There was mold in the bathroom. The accessories were falling apart. No breakfast options. No parking even though it was marked as possible. They rely on the street sideline parking which is always full. There is a separate parking across the street. Which is relatively expensive. There was no light in the corridor on my floor.

Room was expose by smokers. Curtains, pillows, bedsheets, everything with smoke strong Smell. Under the bed nobody clean for the month. Door locks with defect (sometimes cannot close it)

It was a simple no thrills hotel. Just like the pictures. We needed a place to sleep and shower before our early am flight.

Location,place in center is good

I paid the room but they took from me 35 leva extra to change the room becouse I enter early they should do change it but after 4 hours they should give me my room back it wasnt nice at all,I worked also on a cruise ship 20 years you cant take at all extra money because I enter early for simple solution 35 leva its not nice at all 4 hours later they should change to my room but they didnt do it.

Беше на добра локация

Бяхме запазили стая ,но по късно видях че е в подземието.А както се досещате подземията са стаи за персонал предимно и в сезон се дават и те на клиенти.Стаята беше влажна , кофти мирис,в банята имаше мухъл и беше мръсна!Не беше изчистена имаше изгорен фас от цигара долу до леглото.В банята влагата не се траеше и миризмата.Предполагам двойните стаи за гости са по различни ,но все пак човек си плаща това е недопустимо бяха две кофти нощи!

Като цяло приятен хотел, в хубав, макар и сравнително отдалечен от центъра и морето квартал. Много отзивив персонал.

Бях неприятно изненадан от факта, че стаята е без прозорец - нещо, което не е описано никъде и се вижда единствено когато се разглеждат снимките от хотела.

Will never chose it again

There is NO real parking to the hotel, you have to read carefully, that you have to call and reserve a parking first. One of my mistakes. They use the parking of Billa supermarket. The attitude of the receptionist was bad. As we arrived she immediately informed me that i do not have a permission to stay in the hotel. I was shocked as we arrived late and I informed them about that during the booking( I chose the hotel cause of the 24/7 reception). And I asked is there no room left and why didn‘t they inform me EARLIER instead of wasting my time. Than a man next to her said may be there is a misunderstanding and she insisted i do not have a permission to stay in any of their 3 hotels as the owner informed about that. I do not know any of their 3 hotels and never been there so asked them to check again… turned out there is another woman with the same name and last name as mine. They said they are sorry but was not a great experience at all. There was NO hot water 23h. May be because of the renovation they are doing. It was hard to enter the room, room Nr.1

Расположение, чисто в ванной и туалете. Новая бумага, мыло, шампунь…

Номер под землей, окошко выходит на улицу возле парадной отеля. Прямо там стоит столик, пепельница и два кресла. Всю ночь (!) там сидели мужики, очень громко разговаривали и курили. Весь дым шел прямо в номер! Да, цена приятная, но это не условия! Почему нельзя было убрать это «местечко»? Мы чуть не задохнулись там.

24/7 reception and the staff were nice. Maybe the only things I can say that are in the hotel's favor. We arrived after midnight and had no problem with checking-in.

The room is without balcony, the bathroom was with questionable cleanliness. The location of the hotel and the facilities provided do not correspond to the price per night. Generally I believe this Hotel has climbed on the general price increase trend without any changes/improvements to the service provided.
