Golden House

I really appreciated how quickly the host responded. I received the booking confirmation and all the necessary details about the room very quickly. The instructions included a picture showing how everything works, which I found very helpful. The welcome was also really nice. The air conditioning was already on when I arrived, so the room was comfortable and not too warm or stuffy, which was especially appreciated. The location was decent—not too far from the city center, but also far enough to have a quieter atmosphere. I especially liked that there was a supermarket right nearby, which was very convenient. I also felt safe in the area throughout my stay.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay in the Golden Room. First, the bathroom drain seemed to be partially clogged. When taking a shower, the water started to build up on the floor quite quickly. I think the drain could use a good cleaning. Second, if you are arriving by car, parking in the area is very difficult, and it was almost impossible to find a parking spot nearby. Finally, the room could use some minor renovation. In particular, some of the wallpaper was coming loose and was no longer properly attached to the wall. These were only minor issues overall, but addressing them would make the stay even more comfortable.

The receptionist was very sweet and friendly. She always welcomed us with a smile. The room was very clean and quiet. Air-conditioning worked well. The location was appropriate and the hotel was easy to find. Plenty of shops and supermarket nearby.

A recommendation: The guests of the hotel would appreciate discount fees of the near situated parking lot.
