Apartment is very modern and stylish, all amenities were minimal, compact and useful. Location is fantastic. Hosts were fantastic and very responsive. Commuting wasnt a problem at all.

1. There was a crazy dance of birds early morning, we had to buy ear plugs for a proper night sleep. 2. We experienced a thunderstorm, there were leaks in the balcony and our clothes got wet while drying 3. The washing machine worked but we had to remove the kitchen slab to access it - not sure if we missed something 4. We defrosted the refrigerator and cleaned the fridge as we stayed for 8 days :) - it worked fine after that

Very communicative hosts; they respond quickly and tried to help me when my bus was cancelled. They also gave me laundry pods so I could wash my clothes since I had none (toiletries are not included here), and a small present :). The apartment was very well equipped, and they left it ready for me with the A/C and fan on, so it was fresh upon my arrival. I asked to check in early, and they rushed the cleaning so I could do it. There are a lot of stairs, so be mindful of that—about 3–4 floors (no issue for me). The TV was working fine, and the Wi-Fi was excellent for almost the entire stay, with some issues on my last day, but I still had my meetings and was able to work. The area has bakeries, bars, cafes, and restaurants; for a supermarket, you need to go a bit further.

Personally, I’m not a fan of these tiny bathrooms with the integrated WC and shower in the same space, since you have to dry everything afterward, even the toilet. Maybe other people are used to it. Despite that, it is manageable. Hot water did not last long; for one person it is OK, but two might struggle.

Высокий этаж и отсутствие лифта, но это изменить нельзя. Апартаменты больше подходят для молодежи.
