Perfect location. Enough parking places on the street (payed during the day 1lv per hour). Quiet district. Free wi-fi.
The owner took 50 euro (100BGN) deposit (cash), which was not mentioned in the booking conditions. The apartment was dirty and cold. The owner hadn't turned on the AC before our arrival. There was dirty dishes in the kitchen. There is not enough kitchen ware for 6 people. Just 4 small plates and 4 soup plates. Not enough glasses. There is not coffee machine. The double sofa bed in the small room is not comfortable for two and is very hard. The small sofa is much more comfortable. There is not enough day light in the apartment. ACs are very noisy. Bathroom was dirty. The yard and pathway to the main entry of the building is dark.
