Worst stay ever filthy dirty had to go to a hotel

The place was filthy, most of the blinds were broken there was nowhere to hang clothes. The fridge was dirty the location was like a traveller site it’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed I had to move out and go to a hotel at my expense. Hosts didn’t seem to care they have their money.

Good overall place to stay for a short period

The house was in a good location for what we needed, and it was clean. Bedroom beds are very comfortable, all TV's had Netflix on them which was great. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed, plenty of plates, cookware, cutlery etc. Parking off-road at the property which was great.

The house needs a bit of TLC. The garden was unkept, while the dining area was really nice the view wasn't. The sofa bed is not very comfortable, very low, and it felt like sleeping on the floor. The kitchen had a drinking water tap which wasn't working, we bought bottled water as we weren't sure of the quality of the tap water. There were only 4 glasses so for bigger families not enough, but we had mugs so we used those

Would not stay again

This was a completely mixed bag upstairs and downstairs were very different in style and cleanliness. The size of the property was good except the bathroom which is tiny. Great tv’s in all the rooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped but has a musty small, all we used was the kettle. There were some tea bags but no milk so late Sunday after we arrived we has to go and find a shop. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds comfy. It looks like they had been newly decorated and basically fitted out but there are still things needed doing to finish.

I booked this property on previous reviews but having stayed I think I stayed in a completely different property. There is no kerb appeal at all, the front is unkept and weeds growing everywhere, the back garden if you can call it that is no better. The first thing you notice is the damp musty smell when you enter. The sofa in the front room was disgustingly stained we didn’t even sit on it. I did message the host about this but got no response. The carpet is badly stained and a trip hazard where it needs fixing at the kitchen door and something had been spilt from the mantle and dripped down and over the decorative lamp. You only get 1 towel each, no hand towels and there is not a separate towel in the bathroom for handwashing. Nor is there a bath mat so you drip all over the floor and the bath really needs a bathmat as it’s so slippy. There are no mirrors upstairs whatsoever so I had to come down and dry my hair in the front room, this has been mentioned on other reviews and should have been picked up. The bedrooms need a lamp by the bed. As always we stripped the beds before leaving only to discover a large urine stain on the back room mattress. A neighbourhood dog barking from 5 am till we left made a disturbed night.

Good value for money, a pleasant little house with everything you need

Everything you could need for a short stay. Clean bedding and towels, bathroom and kitchen. Spacious kitchen and conservatory. Hosts were accommodating and polite. And the bonus of a parking space off the road.

The mattress was too hard for my liking. No bedside light switch. Garden unkempt.

There’s nothing to dislike about this BnB it was very clean, comfortable and beautiful 🤩. My kids loved it too and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Clean and Tidy home

Property was clean, and the beds were comfortable, but only one very flat pillow each. Could do with a mirror upstairs. Living room sofas were very uncomfortable and could do with a coffee table. Kitchen was very well equipped but cutlery could be replaced.

Lovely home, not far from the town centre and feels very homely. Was clean and even had Netflix etc in both bedrooms aswell as the livingroom.

An appalling property which should not be allowed to trade on Booking.com.

The property was situated close to the hospital where my wife's terminally ill father was staying. This was the only positive.

To give some context, my wife and sister has just arrived in UK from NZ, as they were visiting their terminally ill father. The door lock broke when my wife left the building; it took several people half an hour to access the property by breaking the door itself, as my wife and her sister's luggage was trapped inside. The fridge didn't work, the property hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests, and the garden looked like a rubbish tip. This is the worst property and experience on Booking.com we have ever experienced. I would like to send photographs to Booking.com, as proof of this property's poor condition.

A simple, clean property with all the cooking basics, WIFI, decent shower, towels and all the essentials like hair dryer. The host was really friendly and helpful

A localização é ótima, muito perto do centro de eventos. A casa estava muito limpa. Cozinha completa. Casa de banho boa. Casa acolhedora e no geral, acolhedora.
