Great place, beautiful modern in an old gorgeous building. Almost next door to the cathedral, which is what we were there for. Very cosy and plenty of toilets and bathrooms, although we all used the walk in shower bathroom. Despite a few issues don't hesitate to stay as it was so cute.
A few issues, mostly with a distinct lack of crockery, don't know if the agents are looking after this element. There were 5 of us and considering 3 double beds, we didn't have 5 or 6 of anything to eat off or drink out of, so we could all eat at the same time. This is poor for the quality of the rest of the property. Might be used mostly for overnight, but we should all be able to have a drink together, I drank tea from a bowl!
A few other things need looking at in terms of maintenance too.

Spaceous accomodations.
Nice view both from outside and in.
Good kitchen.
Two bathrooms and toilets.
Excellent location.
Cafe/bar in the same building ground floor with good breakfast menu.
Perfect for exploring the city.
Bathrooms was clean.
There was only one roll of toilet paper....
Carpets need cleaning.
Livingroom couch need cleaning.
Windows need cleaning.
More cups would be preferable.
The entry code for the main gate was wrong, but that was sorted by phone fairly quick.

The location was ideal, right in the centre of coventry, 5 minutes walk from everywhere at most. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the tv had netflix and other apps that we enjoyed once we had come in from a long day. The shower was a really good powerful shower, and the kitchen had an oven, kettle and toaster to use.
There was a massive gap under the door. Which not only let a draft in but also meant people could look in from outside, which was very unsettling. The noise from upstairs and outside was horrendously loud, you could hear everything going on. We were only left with 1/4 of a toilet roll, the light switch had lost its stitch and hurt your finger to push, and the door to outside the back, you couldn't open to let air in because one of the slides to the door was missing a part. The kitchen wasn't very well equiped at all either, and things just shoved in random places.
