Priory Row Cottages

The cottage is right on the Godiva Cov square. It has a key to the door and was great. The cathedral is just behind it and full of restaurants and cafes and shops.

The bath tub could have had a hose to shower, it would have been much nicer

I loved the quirky property: hot shower was amazing; comfortable bed and good sheets and bedding. Thank you.

My mistake...I really did not take in the fact that there was no parking (had to walk in the rain with luggage from multi storey car park in town).to the cottage. Oh and that the centre of Coventry was literally outside the front door! Great but not what I had in mind. My mistake - did not read the info properly!

Location and the property itself was superb.

First of all, there were no tea bags - only coffee capsules - something important for the British people was missing. Tea! Secondly, the electrical switches were tricky and never managed to get the light in the shower, so had to shower twice in the dark, which was not easy, especially when you don't see the shower switches either. Also, there was shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel. Was I supposed to bring mine? Thirdly, things like a soap dispenser in the kithchen was totally broken and I wondered why it was not replaced by the team who prepared the place for us. Since we stayed only one nigth and were very tired, these things didn't really matter, but it would have been nice to have these details sorted before we came.

The location was ideal, right in the centre of coventry, 5 minutes walk from everywhere at most. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the tv had netflix and other apps that we enjoyed once we had come in from a long day. The shower was a really good powerful shower, and the kitchen had an oven, kettle and toaster to use.

There was a massive gap under the door. Which not only let a draft in but also meant people could look in from outside, which was very unsettling. The noise from upstairs and outside was horrendously loud, you could hear everything going on. We were only left with 1/4 of a toilet roll, the light switch had lost its stitch and hurt your finger to push, and the door to outside the back, you couldn't open to let air in because one of the slides to the door was missing a part. The kitchen wasn't very well equiped at all either, and things just shoved in random places.
