Working togeather all day it's great to have your own space with a tv and ensuite in every bedroom

Lovely house, well taken care of and furnished beautifully!

The house has 7 beautifully clean double bedrooms and bathrooms perfect for our large family of 14.

The outside of the property is absolutely awful with everyones stinking bins lining the streets. There is no living room but thankfully the weather was good so we could spill out into the garden for drinks, the kitchen is not big enough for 14 guests.

It was ok

The property is a million times better inside than outside. It had pots/pans etc. the staff were really helpful at the property management company as we had been let down by another bookings company at the original place we had booked so this place saved the weekend for us.

However…The area is awful, we felt scared, but locked the door behind us and forgot about where we were. Felt the property was expensive for where and what it was

Highly recommend this house if there’s a large group of you wanting to get together. Having bedrooms with all en-suites

The property was really clean, spacious and with modern decor. It was a very short 5-10 minute walk into the centre of Coventry. Perfect for a group of friends to get together.

All the bedrooms were similar size and equally well equipped so nobody had to draw the short straw when choosing a room. they all had en-suites too which is amazing! it was really well equipped, very clean, and lovely and warm.

it is on a street that is quite badly littered and untidy outside. But visitors must not let that put them off as it’s fantastic inside!

very great trick to charge extra

The owner charged extra £300 on top of the booking, then find all the excuses not to refund it back. We put the house key back to wear it was, but the owner said we lost the key. It is really unfair and unexpected.

The Property was clean and tidy. The house was well equipped and everything worked. This building is situated close to Coventry city centre. Competitvely priced. Enjoyed the weekend. Thank you.

There was only one key avialable for the front door. The front door is marked up as a fire exit, but it can only be unlocked from the inside with a key. The back door can be unlocked from the inside without a key, but you cannot open the backyard gate to clear away from the building. Please address this.

We had a great time and the house is perfect for us, 5 adults, 3 kids under 10 and a little Chiwawa.

Every room is ensuite. Good cooking facilities and very helpful and efficient host. The house is clean and we had a great time. Also we were allowed pet which was great as we have a little dog.

Having a shower was a bit tricky with 8 of us for this trip. We couldn't have 2 people taking a shower at the same time as the water was cold for one of them.

This is a lovely, clean, well stocked, modernised property that is in close walking proximity to all Coventry has to off

it was well stocked. the bedrooms all had en-suite and the decor was modern. we liked the clothing rails and metal stacks because it was easy to check you had all your belongings. no checking wardrobes and doors. the kitchen living room, although compact seated us all (9) and had everything we needed.

nothing at all, although the living kitchen area might be a challenge if the property was full to capacity(14)
