Walkable to/from the port, amazing views, GREAT restaurant right downstairs, and not as loud as I was prepping for. Well working AC and facilities. And it was very clean!
The ONLY con I can think of was the towels/linens could have been better

Great location - 5 mins walk to beach, town etc. Lovely view across the bay from good size balcony on room.
This place has a lot of very good reviews so I guess we were expecting more. It seems most have scored it on the view (which is great) and not necessarily the quality of the accommodation. It's very basic (even by Albania standards). It's really run as 3 rooms tacked on to their restaurant, with no reception, housekeeping etc. If you don't have high expectations it's still fine.
