The location is great, close to the Yamanote line, close to a big supermarket. The room is big, the beds are very good. The wifi is excellent (fiberoptic). The was not much noise and the neighbourhood is quiet. The airco works fine. There is also a washing machine, which is very convenient.
There were not enough plates and pans/pots. We managed cooking, but this can be improved. All the windows are darkened with soundproof material. It didn't disturb us a lot, but you can't look outside. Except when you open the balcony door.

乾淨整潔、離車站近、夜深人靜
棉被保暖不透氣，會處於蓋了太熱，不蓋太冷窘境；廁所太小，水槽太小，馬桶沖水需要數次才能乾淨
