    Hotel staff was very helpful and prompt in replies, was initially worried they do not store our luggages and have to scramble to find a locker, but upon chatting with them, they do! Saves us the cost for locker and can enjoy our time in Japan. However, the train can be quite noisy and at a close interval, but love the family room, there’s even an induction cooker.

    Great stay at FAV TOKYO Nishinippori! The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, especially for families. The location was convenient with easy access to the train station and nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay in Tokyo. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Excellent choice for both short and long stays!

    Room size for 2 bunk beds room is alright, but the awkward room layout has a lot of non-utilisable space. The bigger room type is better/more squarish. There is microwave /cooking hob in the room so it's easier to prepare food for young children. Other amenities are fine. Hairdryer, shampoo, etc are provided. Room cleaning is only every 3 days, but they do clear trash and provide fresh towels every day. Check-in is easy as front-desk is manned. Location is good as it's close to subway/JR stations, not too busy either. Kombini/Mcd/eateries near to the station. Overall a good stay but wish the room is slightly bigger!

    The hotel location was convenient, but the room size was extremely small for the price we paid. There was barely enough space to open and keep our luggage comfortably. Housekeeping was also disappointing since the rooms were not cleaned daily and even the trash was not taken out regularly. Overall, it did not feel like good value for money.
