Hotel is near to nishi nippori station and the room is clean. Room size is good.

I rarely leave reviews on Agoda. For years, I’ve booked countless properties (which earned me my VIP Platinum status!) but never felt compelled to write one — until now. For Lio Hotel Nippori, I’m gladly making an exception. We stayed from February 1–9, and from the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed. Even though the front desk staff had some difficulty communicating in English, their warmth and sincerity were undeniable. You could truly feel their hospitality. The hotel itself is clean, decent, and equipped with an elevator — which is a huge plus when traveling with kids and luggage. It was cold upon entering (it was winter!), but we actually appreciated the natural air ventilation. When we opened the door to our room on the 3rd floor, we were honestly amazed. We booked the 2 Double Beds Room, and as a family of four (2 adults, 8-year-old, and 2-year-old), the space was PERFECT. Beautifully laid out, spacious enough to fully open our luggage, and everything was in excellent working condition. What we loved most: • Super comfortable beds — not too soft, not too firm, just right. • Washing machine with dryer inside the bathroom (a game changer for families!). • Bathtub with hot and cold water. • Refrigerator, microwave, kettle. • A beautiful kitchen complete with everything ready to use. • Generous storage space for bags and luggage. About the train noise mentioned in other reviews? Honestly — we are sound-sensitive, and we barely heard anything. The soundproofing is surprisingly good. Now let’s talk about the LOCATION — because this is the real highlight. It’s unbelievably close to Nishi-Nippori Station on the JR Yamanote Line. You step out, walk for just a minute or two, and you’re there. No long walks. No stress. Getting around Tokyo was effortless. The hotel is tucked in a quiet neighborhood street, yet surrounded by convenience. Within steps, you have: • 7-Eleven Japan • Lawson Japan • My Basket • Yoshinoya • Sukiya Everything you could possibly need is right there — food, groceries, quick meals, late-night snacks. Without hesitation, if we return to Tokyo, we will book this hotel again in a heartbeat. Out of our entire 11-day Tokyo trip, choosing this hotel was one of the BEST decisions we made. Highly, highly recommended — especially for families.

Elevator - yes Reception- yes Location= 2mins walk to nishi-nippori station Room= enough space , 2 bed, with washing . Hindi mo madidinig sound ng train kahit malapit lng sya dun. With ramen and food store near the area. It is like a semi hotel/air bnb pero for the price eh super sulit na ito.

​닛포리역과 가까워서 이동이 정말 편리했던 곳이에요! 나리타 공항에서 스카이라이너 타고 오면 바로라 위치상으로 최적입니다. ​환상적인 교통: 역에서 숙소까지 도보로 금방이고, 주변이 조용해서 밤에 쉬기 좋았어요. 야마노테선 이용하기도 편해서 도쿄 시내 어디든 가기 좋습니다. ​객실 내 편의시설: 방 안에 웬만한 편의시설이 다 갖춰져 있어서 정말 편했어요. 특히 전자레인지나 기본 비품들이 잘 구비되어 있어 외부 음식을 사 와서 먹거나 쉴 때 동선이 아주 효율적이었습니다. ​총평: 깔끔하고 군더더기 없는 시설 덕분에 군더더기 없는 여행이 됐네요. 다음에도 닛포리 쪽에 묵는다면 재방문 의사 200%입니다!
