So far so good.
The bathroom and toilet space is small, so when you take a bath you need to be very careful not to knock the hand and leg. The unit we stayed is with a window facing the subway rail track. Even though we close the window, the subway train passing sound is quite annoying when we need to rest early.

My kids like the double decker bed, but only suitable for children as the headroom is low for the upper bed, my elder child hit her head on the ceiling a few times, but they still enjoyed anyway. Bedroom space was bigger than others, probably due to the double decker bed had saved space. We were able to open up our luggage with sufficient space and a dining table plus kitchenette available.
The bed frame was quite noisy; any movement at the bed above and bed below makes sound causing less sleep quality. Location was along main road and near train station so can hear ambulance and train sounds. Top hung window allows natural light but window frame may not be of high quality so sound penetration was high. Toilet was extremely small, shower and basin is combined. No bathtub. Note that there is a small flight of stairs before reaching the elevator.
