    Place is spacious and complete with what we need. Just a few minutes away from the train station. And easy to communicate with them. They accommodated my request for storage luggage since we were going to Nagano for 2 days and went back for another day before flying home. It is my second time to stay at Randor Residences. The first was in 2024.

    The hotel and room are all great, nice and clean and consider quite big for hotel in Tokyo. There is also a washing machine so that long stay travelers can wash their clothes, but need to be noted that there is no dryer so you need to hang them or take them to a coin laundry service to use dryer. Location is very near to a train station, and there is a market and two convenient stores nearby, it would not be very crowded at night as it is not in the peak area.

    Had a bad time here as the room looks and feel haunted. Staff is not there, and the location is really far away from everything. Our last days in Japan, staying here was horrible.
