Location is great, very near the Nishinippori JR station on the Yamanote line, and Tokyo Metro Chiyoda line.
There are plenty of local and chain (Mcdonalds, Dotour, Yoshinoya) restaurants in the area, and a small Aeon grocery store (open 7am-midnight) is a stone's throw away.
Rooms have a nice, spacious layout compared to other similarly-priced Tokyo hotels. There's a hot and cold water dispenser in the lobby, and occasional free ice cream and bread in the morning.
Only quibble is train sounds can be heard in the room (it can be pretty loud) but I stopped minding it after m first night. There are earplugs available in the amenity bar, should you need it.
Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk personnel very friendly and English speaking.
Hotel provided coffee, water 24/7. Croissants were a welcome treat at 7 am .
Just bear in mind that you will need to take a short train ride to nearest shopping area.
Value for money. Triple accommodation was comfortable at 28 sqm.

Front desk staff were very kind and apoke good English. but noise from the train woke me up! No wonder there were earplugs in the amenities basket. Everything else was ok, nothing less or special compared to other Japanese hotel.
