Very friendly staff, lots of nice touches, well thought out rooms and facilities, decent beds and pillows
Train noises are unavoidable in Nishi Nippori as there's train tracks on all sides, fine for us, and windows are decent, but if you want absolute silence this wouldn't be the place to pick.
