Nice location, clean. Easy check-in
Very basic in terms of storage facilities for your luggage. There was a sewage smell coming from the plumbing in the bathroom area.

Location was convenient, was right next to a station and had convenience stores nearby. Living room had a good amount of space and the whole place was clean. I appreciated them accommodating for our check in time.
We were on the third floor and had to climb stairs. It gets a bit difficult when you are tired and/or have bags to carry. It wasn't too bad for us, but something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Overall a very good place to stay! There was a bakery right in front of the apartment, a 7/11 right next door and one of the metros stops right next to the apartment too.
It is a bit further away from the “main” Ueno station than we realised, but the metro that stops next to the apartment makes a stop there, so there’s an easy connection
Very tranquil area
The apartment was new and had good facilities
It was hard to use the laundry machine because everything was written in Japanese
We stayed 4 people but the kitchen only had two small and two big plates, would’ve been nice with 4 small and 4 big

部屋はとてもきれいで清潔でした。上下階の音もほとんど気にならず快適でした。12時頃に着きましたが、チェックインでき、荷物を置いて観光できました。
目の前にパン屋さんがあり、朝食はそちらで購入しました。サンドイッチがとてもおいしかった！
コンビニも近くにあるため便利でした。
3日間家族で滞在しましたが、どうしても部屋が埃や髪の毛で汚れてしまい、何か掃除用具があればもっと快適だった。
