    Good location , the room is big enough for 5 of us. But the drying machine is not working, making us feel sad and inconvenienced.

    Kids loved the 7-11 around the corner :) About a 15min walk to Asakusa Station. Very clean. Would Recommend.

    It’s worth the stay. With young kids the walking distance to train station was a bit long, especially after a long day. We use more of taxi to and from Ueno station. It’s summer time, it was hot, our air conditioning started dripping after 2 days, they did send someone to look at it but nothing much was able to done, the dripping was caused by the temp difference as humidity. The futons were with visible stains tho it has those protection covering but it was not in good condition. They provide bedsheet covering, which we do ourselves upon arrival. Vaccum was provided in the room for our usage, so we were able to clean the dust ourselves. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and think it’s value for our stay.
