    The hotel's appearance and rooms are attractive, but not pleasant to stay in. I stayed in room 301 with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. The room was quite spacious, but the stairs were narrow and steep. Room 301 is on the 3rd floor and the room consists of 3 floors. The living room is on the 1st floor, then there is a bedroom on the 2nd floor, and there is another bedroom on the 3rd floor. If you bring large and heavy luggage, it will be very difficult. The washing machine cannot be used because the machine has an error with the drainage. The location is not too close to the station, about a 20-minute walk to Ueno Station.

    This apartment hotel is in a cozy area in Ueno - very very close to 7eleven and one supermarket, 10 mins from train station that basically gets you everywhere. We have stayed in room 201 - looked just like the picture, big enough for 2 adults with 2 big suitcases. One small note - the sink in the kitchen was not working properly (we were cooking 3x a day regular meals) and you cant open the windows so basically you have to use AC all the time. Overall I would stay here again, we had a great time!

    The room was very clean; but the location is not close enough for you to push your suitcases from train station to the room. Also if you are on 2nd or 3rd floors, you need to CLIMB UP the STEEP STAIRS with your luggage (there are no elevators)… not recommended for family with kids
