Perfect location, very easy to stay at and relaxed vibe. Very pleasant hotel. Bed was decent. Bathroom was decent. Happy customers!
Quilt was weird and uncomfortable, pillow options and sheets downstairs so I could have fixed this myself perhaps.

Location only two train stations away from Narita Airport using Skyline train. Ueno area is a vibrant area with multiple shops, bars and famous food chains and restaurants. Ueno Station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Nearest access for train line (JR line) is only two minute walk if you need to go straight to Tokyo Main Station. Very effective and cheap coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks between 5-9pm Nutritious buffet breakfast.

Good location
The room was so small, little room for our luggage: two small carryon and two backpacks. Futons very uncomfortable.
