The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. Good value. The only complaint was the mattress was very thin and hard on the back.

Felt expensive for a hostel. Everything was fine. Extra charge for towels etc. breakfast buffet was sub par but coffee was great

The welcome is very generous, the staff is available and attentive to our needs efficiently. Likewise, whether we arrive early or leave late, the hotel take care of finding a place for our luggage.
