We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They even provided an extra mattress, which was very helpful for our group. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby facilities and public transportation. The self check-in process was smooth and simple, making our arrival hassle-free. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Property was spacious, clean, and close to Ueno station and Ueno Park. Staff were responsive and provided clear directions regarding trash, AC, towels etc.
