    We stayed from Sep 6-11. They allowed us to check in 30 mins earlier than the normal check in time and gave our children toiletries bag which the kids really loved specially the duckie sponge. The room is huge and has complete kitchen, laundry and superb clean toilet, shower and bath tub with completr set of toiletires and towels with robe. The beds are well prepared as well as the bunk bed with heaps of pillows. There's also a dining table and chairs that is unusual for hotels. They have a lot of organizers underneath the bed and extra drawers for all our stuff. Overall, I will recommend this esp to the family travellers with kids. This hotel has a cafe and 7/11 beside it with an ATM and around 10-15 mins walk from Ueno, Ameyoko street, Okachimachi, Iriya stations and 30 mins walk from Asakusa (Sensoji temple). Taxi fare from Ueno is about 1,200 Yen. Worth it when you have luggage. From the airport you can ride Keisei Skyliner then take a taxi going to this hotel. Then do the same when going back to the airport. Saves you from so struggling when you have heaps of luggage and shopped too much haha Thank you so much for the warm stay 🥰

    The room comes with a small kitchen with fully equipped stoves, pan, pot, cooking utensils, oven, microwave and proper fridge. It also comes with a wash and dry washing machine (no bad odor coming from any of the machines and no moles in the washing machine too!) The room was clean. Though it is a bit far from Ueno station so it a bit tiring if walking with luggage., is about 10-15mins walk, the neighborhood is a bit quiet too but there is a 7-11 around the corner and a 24hrs supermarket within 10mins walking distance. Overall is a great stay, we'll try out the same brand in other area next time.

    While I stayed there was under renovation on 12th floor. The right side elevator was cover with plastics. The lobby is small, to go up using elevator need use pin code instead of card key that is need effort everytime as well as to enter the room. The room itself quite ok for the price. Choose this hotel if you want to use the hotel just for rest, because there is no other facilities here.
