    The stay offered excellent value with spotless cleanliness and friendly staff, complemented by well-maintained facilities including reliable Wi-Fi, spacious room and a comfortable bathroom. While the location wasn’t the most convenient, because we have to walk 10 -15 mins. to reach the nearest train station, but, it didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience.

    Lovely room. My 10 year old enjoyed the loft bed! Everything was in good condition and clean. Television had YouTube and Netflix options, which was such a bonus after a long day of navigating new things. Washer/dryer combo worked perfectly. Excellent size fridge and freezer. Would absolutely stay here again! We ended up taking cabs if we had a lot of bags or were tired at the end of the day. It’s a little bit of a walk from Ueno station. Cabs via gotaxi app were fast and cheap, so we didn’t mind.

    This was my third time being a guest of this hotel during the last three years. It never disappoints me, everything is excellent. The only downside this time was a very noisy family staying in the room next to mine, even despite the pretty good sound proofing, but that's just bad luck.

    The room is a bit cramp for 4 adults. The location requires a fair bit of walking (1km) to the Ueno shopping mall/streets and Keisei Ueno Train Station(to airport). The hotel surrounding is a bit dark and quiet at night.
