5 pax 2 Adult and 3 teenager. Room 101 is clean but slightly small to store our luggage’s. Location was good. Fully self service without any receptionist service. Convenient and suitable for short term stay. Value for money.

Room layout was great. We love the fact that bathroom, toilet and wash basin was separated. The hotel was unmanned but the staff replied promptly to answer with our query.
There was Aeon basket (convenient store) 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Approximately 8-10 minutes walk from Ueno station.
The wall was quite thin. We could hear even the footstep of the room above us.
On the hotel website, it mentioned that there was iron/iron board that they can provided but staff said that there was no iron board.
On Agoda site, it stated that there was laundry but on hotel website there was no laundry available in the hotel.
There were few coin laundry places approximately 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel.
Overall experience was great.
