Always a great place to stay, it can be more expensive than many other places, but overall it’s a top notch place with easy access to the Narita Skyliner and stations as well as it has a small studio like kitchen. The Staff are mostly international students and speak perfect fluent English so Google Translate is not necessary. Rooms are always clean. They do have laundry. No breakfast which lowers the value since other hotels of a similar cost include this for free. However, you do get more space in the room which is nice compared to the small rooms of Tokyo. It is still our go to place when staying in tokyo

The cleanliness and comfort of the room were excellent.
The only minor downside was a noticeable odor from the A/C's heater function when we first entered, though thankfully, it dissipated over time.

Excellent choice of a hotel. Our family of five fit nicely in the one room appartment. The layout of the room was great, we had a small kitchen area, table, chairs etc., somehow there was a surprisingly roomy feeling for a Tokyo hotel. Design was simple, modern, yet beautiful, beds were comfortable.
Staff was helpful and spoke excellent english. Location in Ueno was great, we liked the area a lot, public transport to various locations is close by.
Strong recommendation, not only for families. If we come to Tokyo again we will stay here again!
