    Comfortable beds, unusual room layout that makes good use of space. The space was clean and airy, the kitchen had all we needed, the pajamas were comfortable and soft. The room has a washing machine, you can dry the clothes in the bathroom by switching on the drying function in the ventilation system. The hotel is a 15-minite walk from Ueno Station and Ueno Park, Inaricho Station is also nearby, so the location worked well for us.

    Air conditioning waa very weak due to the design of the room (2 single beds and a sofa bed style). Spoke with staff a few times but nothing they could do. I would not recommend if you prefer air conditioning throughout your room specifically. Stairs are dangerous for young children and older people.
