    Second time staying at FL Hotel Asakusa and once again a great experience. The neighborhood is really quiet and beautiful! Clean, comfortable rooms and a very convenient location near Asakusa and public transport. Friendly staff and smooth check-in. Would definitely stay again.

    Rude staff. Lack of amenities. Staff was not helpful in guidance for international travelers. Rooms are tiny as compared to other similar priced hotels. No transportation facilities to the airport and staff was not knowledgeable enough to guide.

    Checked in to the hotel around 9pm when we arrived. No one at the counter to great us so we have to push a button to have a guy coming out from the room near by to check us in. He didn't appear to be happy to check us in for some reason but he did check us in. The room is super tight which I guess is standard for Tokyo. There's about few inches of clearance from the bed to the wall when I want to go from the bathroom to the desk or want to hop on my bed. The bathroom is also super tiny with tight spaces. I'm 5ft 5in, small Asian man and yet, standing on the shower tub, I can't move around and can just stay in one place to take a shower. The room is clean which is the only thing I like about the hotel. The hotel is a little more than 1km from the train station and about a mile the main temple attraction, Senso-ji, so if you don't mind walking which I enjoy, experience and discovering the neighbor walking around. I plan to come back to Tokyo next year and would pick some place else that is closer to the bus and train station, paying a bit more for roomier hotel.
