    A pleasant stay at Kin. After a long flight the hotel was easy to find. The airport train took me to Asakusa station where you transfer to the Ginza line and take the next stop at Tawaramachi station and Kin was a 15 minute walk from there. The hot spa at the hotel was great. The room is as described, small and clean.

    My stay here was not what I expected. It was a very small room, no view. There was a bath on top floor that was fine but not great. There were no additional services on site and it is a long walk to get back to Asakusa. The staff were nice, but could do nothing as I had already paid for it. This was a very costly mistake where I trusted the pictures and description on Agoda to accurately represent the property. The picture of the front has been taken to make the hotel look like a very nice hotel but it was not. When I told the staff of my disappointment based I what I thought I was purchasing from the pictures and what it really is they said that it is meant to be a business hotel. I will not be staying here again and would not advise any friend of mine to stay there either. I do wish the staff well they were nice.
