    Hotel was great for our family of five, one teen on the couch. The location was fabulous - so much to see and do in and around, and the ginza line is super accessible to lots of things. For a tiny hotel there seemed to be a lot of staff that didn’t know what was happening, maybe they were training? We were there for 4 nights and had to pay for replacement coffee which I thought was a bit silly; but overall an excellent hotel. Washing machine and kitchen were fab!

    wonderful accomodation and probably the best we had in Tokyo (Asasuka). I highly recommend it especially with the sauna. There is one thing, not a biggie which is there's a bit of a bug issue in the bathroom - probably due to dampness. Overall I'd still rate it 5/5

    This is a great place to stay with family as it offers a spacious environment for an affordable price. The asakusa area offers plenty of restaurants and shopping all within 5 mins of walking distance. We didn’t need to venture far and could do a lot nearby the hotel. However cleanliness is not the greatest, as decorative pillows had stains and the toilet paper in the bathroom had questionable brown/red dots on the side. It made me question the hotels level of hygiene and if enough attention is paid to the cleanliness of the rooms. The bedroom had poor ventilation and smelled awful so we had to air out the room all day. When the AC/fan is turned on it blows directly at your head when you are sleeping. We tried everything we could but the air would blow right where the headboard was. Although the location was good we probably will not be staying here again.
