    I chose this for the family room and was not disappointed. There is enough room to move around, beds, seating area and kitchen area (as shown on their website). Searching online does not do this place justice, everything is actually very convenient, shops, stations and location. It is about 25 mins walk to Tokyo station but the other nearby station are actually more convenient, 3 nearby stations, great links to several metro lines to get you to your destination. Restaurants on main street and lots around side roads. 4 convenience stores on main road. There is also a 24 hours chemist on the main road, directly opposite, so if you did not get your k-beauty at Donki you can come here, it is fairly big. The only downer is the daily amenities are not available like other hotels - cotton buds, toothbrush / paste, hair brush etc, to be fair I did not ask if they have these at front desk. Tea and coffee you can pickup in lobby by the lift entrance. There are lots of things you can borrow from hotel - adapters, even rice-cooker. Slippers are given as you check-in, these are the only pair you get, unless you ask for replacements. Rooms are cleaned every other day but towels are changed each day. The staff are super nice and helpful. There is no one on front desk after 10pm but there is a bell you ring for staff member who are actually in a room nearby to help. We had to check out at 5:30am to get early flight and a staff member was at front desk, not sure if this is because they were already informed of our check out / departure time. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

    We booked this hotel due to proximity from Tokyo Station Yaesu and the lovely loft bed - which the kids loved (from the picture). However, in term of facilities, this hotel is not as generous as other hotel we stayed nearby. The room is quite spacious but the loft bed and staircase can pose bumping hazard for young kids. It's quite a walk from Yaesu exit (1km, 15mins walk) so not suitable if you are travelling with many luggages. Nearest station is Hatchobori and Kayabacho (which are not in Yamanote line). May have issue if you are travelling with mobility problem as these 2 stations' exit/entrances are only in stairs. Surrounding area are relatively peaceful with many eateries are within walking distance
