It was clean and bright. The pyjamas were a nice touch and there were lots of towels
The AC worked well and there was a window to open onto the street. It was less than a 20 minute walk from Ueno station.
The one drawback was that it was small, and hallways and walkways were tight.

We had a great stay at “Dots.” Our children (13 and 10) especially loved the unique layout of the apartment. It’s worth noting that the steps leading into the living room could be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues, but the extra space there was a real highlight for us.
The location was excellent—set in a quiet neighbourhood that gave us a genuine feel for everyday Japanese life as we walked through the streets to the train station. We also really appreciated being able to store our luggage before check-in, which made it easy to start exploring Tokyo as soon as we arrived.

Love staying here! It was little pricier that we wanted,, but we WERE going at the height of tourist season. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and had a great neighborhood feel. Lot of food near by and the train was only a 10 min walk. Would stay here again!
