    Just outside of Uneo train station with walkable distance and entry point Two grocery stores nearby Don't have a lockable storage locker in room or at reception but can keep luggage in space available

    The hostel is next to JR Ueno but right at the northern side which is further away from the market street and Keisei Ueno station. The bathrooms and toilets are just next to the room so it is quite convenient. We also liked the cleanliness of the place. Downside is that all disposable amenities like bath towels needed to be purchased. There is a pedestrian bridge which links directly to the Tokyo National Museum.

    Pictures deceiving, booked 6 dorm bed. Extremely small and tight, can barely move inside to top it off a/c was weak so was muggy in room. Bed was rock hard. If you’re desperate for a place and only 1 night then tough it out otherwise look elsewhere
