設備齊全，有洗衣機，浴室有乾燥功能，可晾衣服。
地點方便，到上野及往返成田機場都方便；對面有大超市
下次會想再住
清潔要加強，馬桶的存水區有一圈明顯污漬。

住宿地點離鶯谷站北口走路只要六分鐘，北口沒有電梯，回程如行李箱很重的話，建議先分在行李袋內比較好提，到機場再裝入行李箱，南口有電梯，但最後一段路依然有樓梯，而且離飯店比較遠，不建議走這段到飯店。飯店對面過個馬路就是大型超市，採買非常方便，鶯谷站北口出來沒多遠就是唐吉訶德，也有拉麵店、藥妝。飯店地點位置非常好，非常安靜，房間內有廚房、洗衣機，烘衣就利用浴室的暖氣，有足夠的衣架跟夾子曬衣服，衣櫥也很大，床雖然是單人床，但不會太小，睡起來非常舒適，最加分的是插座，到處都有插座，可充手機，還附有延長線（有USB插孔），多人手機充電完全不用搶插座。飯店有電梯，有櫃台人員，還有可借用的傘，以東京這個地區來講，這個房型面積跟附加的設備，我認為值得五星好評。

Super large rooms (hard to find in Tokyo!) Very convenient location with couple grocery store close by (including a 24h marupetit a couple of blocks away), nearby train station on Yamanote line, and lots of eating options nearby. Comfortable beds. Super clean, everything looks new.
Crows wake you up super early in the morning - not sure if it's a soundproofing issue. The appliances are needlessly confusing to use (compared to similar appliances in other hotels) - namely the bathroom dryer is hard to get to work properly. This is a very minor issue though.
