Location, pajamas, staff, air conditioner, vending machines.
Shower was a little dirty on the ceiling.

the Room size is ok, small but we still fitted 2 small luagge and 1 big.
short walk to the train station was great, 1 stop from ueno station.
room was clean, bathroom was a good size, enjoyed our stay.
The man who checked us in wasnt so friendly, the elevators are a bit slow or maybe its because there was a lot of school kids staying there too so it was always a long wait. but these things happen.
