It took us a minute to find the building because Google Maps sent us the correct block, but not the actual building. The actual building itself is located between Family Mart and a My Basket/AEON supermarket, so keep that in mind. Still, really easy to find and right on the main road! There are no elevators, so you'll be walking up some stairs. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which wasn't too bad. Just took about 10 seconds. Once we found our floor, we found our door put in the electronic keycode that was emailed to us earlier that day and entered without any problems. Once inside, the room looked pretty much exactly how it did in the photos, one big room with 3 beds, separate shower/sink, toilet separate room. I read reviews from people saying they saw hair on the floor, roaches, filth in the shower/toilet areas or the water pressure was low, etc;. So when I got in, I immediately checked for all of those things. I even open the kitchen cabinets, checked behind the refrigerator, toilet, looked under the beds and everything. The room was spotless. Very clean, and had no smell. I was surprised and glad. The bedsheets were glistening white, the refrigerator and aircon worked perfectly keeping everything nice and icy cold. There are 3 beds; 2 are double sized and one is a single. They all had comfy pillows and were nice and neat. There was a little blue sofa in the corner along with a nice little coffee table. No TV, tho. :( The overall size was nice. If you are 2 people, this room is easily too big. I'd say this place can easily accommodate a family of 4 with luggage, and still have some extra room to walk around freely. There is even a small sink/kitchen, microwave, hair dryer, and other amenities inside. This place was just nice. We are definitely going back again. There are lots of convenience stores and restaurants and shops within seconds of stepping out of the building. Nippori Stn. is a 4 minute straight walk!

1. Other than having to take pictures of you and your guest(s), and send them to the host via smartphone prior to checking in, can't really complain about much. 2. NO TV. The cleanliness, abundance of amenities, the size, the location and the cost made this a really good experience. Thank you.

Location, the property itself was nice

Cockroaches were not welcome. Felt unsafe, as we were going to have a trip across Japan from this property. It was our first stay. Killed 5 of them or so. It would be ok if the rules of the property owner weren't so strict. But when you ask much you need to provide suitable accomodation. This contradiction have led to this average rate.

Close to train station

Toilet space was very small and tight to get in. Had to clear rubbish before leaving property. Only had one towel for the entire stay.
