Excellent front desk, very helpful! Room was spacious enough for 4 adults with luggage.
Location was good, but was some distance from the Yamanote Line.

Location was near the monorail, convenient. Walk to Tabata JR station was a bit far in the cold but ok. There was a coin laundromat.
We were given one key only and the main doors locked at a certain time making it difficult for our family to split up as we return at different times.
