    We had a corner room right next to the elevator and remarkably. The room was very quiet and was not at all loud with the elevator right next door. My only complaint is perhaps the elevator made me a little seasick going up and down because it bounced a little bit. We were able to get an extra pillow and blanket to share as we stayed in the hotel with our 2-year-old daughter. The bed is double so it can fit two and a half people just about. I'm not sure there was an option to have some sort of small cot for a toddler, but evidently cribs are available for smaller children

    I would really recommend staying here. It’s a super accommodating place. Just a heads up, I booked through Agoda and they couldn’t find my reservation at first. Eventually they found it and it was fine. And I took one star off because some things like the hangers and storage box under the bed were dusty. Other than that it has been so great and they are very clear about their cleaning policies. Love it!

    The initial experiences is disappointing. There's only a single slim sized elevator for all floors and for service staff to share - to the extent they warn about elevator traffic in the morning. service staff were still cleaning at 9pm when we went last for some floors. The room area won't allow you to open a large suitcase on the floor - you'll need to use the bed. All the basics are there but you'll have to learn their quirks and where they are hidden and also manually turn on the fridge. Overall it was really too crammed compared to other hotels so I really can't recommend it. Also whether the air con heats or cools is determined centrally - not within the room. I had a much better experienced with JR and the small price increase os
