    My second time staying here! Close to Nippori station and very modern/clean. Small rooms, but well designed. The only "negative" thing (which isn't really a negative) is that the reception area closes at 9, so if you forgot to get some conditioner or face wash before your late night shower you might have to make a convenience store run... But those extra amenities are available and free to take when reception is open! A little inconvenient to not have them in the room, but definitely more eco friendly to keep them all in one place

    Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also very near to Nippori Mrt Station, which is very convenient for me to catch flight in early morning. Definitely will come back stay again and recommend to my friend

    Walking distance to the train station. Train station is along the JR Yamanote line, so it makes it convenient to get to places. Comfortable stay.

    basically its just an apartment transform into a hotel. The staff not available after 9pm. The good thing about this hotel is the opposite sento that you can visit after a long walk in the city.
