Villa was large and generally rooms were clean. Water was provided in both fridges. Check-in and checkout was fairly easy.
Location is far from Ao Nang and you will need a Grab or rental car. Not much to do around the property. Swimming pool had mould and those who used it felt sick. Owner should clean before renting but it seems that is not done regularly.
