The house was even better than we expected from the photos. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our group of 8, with good rooms, clean bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The location in Krabi Town was also very convenient.
Nothing major. The only small downside is that it is a little far from Ao Nang, but this was not a problem for us. The property is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so the stairs can be a little difficult for elderly guests.

A very large place with lots of pleasant light. It's in central Krabi town, with everything in walking distance...restaurants, night market, longtail boat tours, etc. It would be especially suitable for a large group or family, with separate sleeping/eating/and cooking areas.
Don't overlook the stairs...it's a wonderful place, but not for anyone with stair climbing issues.

Located above a laundry facility. This was very handy. The area appeared to be more local than other places in Krabi. The staff were friendly and helpful.
